From Car Lots to Leadership
Chad Collier’s journey began in the Arizona heat, washing cars as a teenager. What started as a simple job turned into a lifelong passion for business, people, and innovation. Inspired by his father, an entrepreneur and Hall of Fame athlete, Chad learned early that belief and hard work could open doors.
That belief carried him from the lot to the boardroom. By age 26, he owned multiple Ford and Lincoln Mercury dealerships. He built them around culture, service, and trust — proving that leadership starts with integrity and vision.
Building a Better Way to Buy Cars
After years in the dealership world, Chad sold his stores to start something new — CarSaver.com, a company built to make buying a car fast, fun, and easy. Today, CarSaver partners with names like Walmart, Nissan, and iHeartMedia to help people buy new and used cars online through a simple, transparent process. Each vehicle even comes with a lifetime warranty, helping customers feel confident long after they drive away.
Adventure and Adversity in the Air
Outside of business, Chad is also a licensed pilot. He shares stories of flying over deserts, facing emergencies mid-flight, and learning how courage grows from challenge. Aviation, he says, taught him freedom and focus — lessons that apply to every area of life.
Impact Through Film
Chad’s entrepreneurial reach doesn’t stop at cars and planes. As a film financier, he helped bring the powerful movie Sound of Freedom to life — a project that raised global awareness about child trafficking and inspired real change. His next film, Endurance, continues that mission of storytelling with purpose.
Living With Intention
When asked what he wishes he’d learned sooner, Chad reflected on the importance of balance. Like the oxygen mask lesson on a plane, he believes leaders must take care of themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually so they can lead others well.
Chad Collier’s story reminds us that prosperity isn’t just about profit — it’s about passion, purpose, and impact.
